I've been stuck here for a bit too long, methinks, but hopefully I'll be back to creativity soonish, been doing some plan work with various peeps for ideas and the like, so that's helped buoy my creativeness above water...barely, hehe.
Good luck on it though, hope you made it, it's good money at least (that's what keeps me doing it :P )

Yoza! I know it's been a while...I've just been a corporate worker slaving away, trying to maintain some level of creative thought while it sucks my soul away...how's things been on your side?

Hi Krystal, thank you for the friendship. I was hoping to acquire valuable advice from you about this amazing site. I am impatient and should just read the available instructions, but my skills are limited when it comes to the maze. I have enjoyed your hooks and was jerked immediately into responsive quoting dredged from my quiet interior, which has not been so fun lately as it was this morning. I would like to participate and need a quick 1 2 3 of the skinny.
Thanks again, Mary

Krystal,
I have heard good things about Lulu too. I use Xlibris, and am really pleased with them. It costs a whole $300 a book to publish with them (if you buy a 2-book pack), and their process drives out the typos and encourages you to do some editing. At 200 pages, the books cost about $10 each for me to buy + shipping. If you want a lot of books printed (i.e. 100+) it is worth wrapping up your book in a .pdf and taking it to a digital printer who specialises in printing books. That should prove cheaper overall. Tim. |
